I t is a co-production of the Assam State Fi lm (Finance & Development) Corporation Ltd. and the Director himself w ho has also done the Screenplay of the movie. Being w ri tten by Late Dipak Kumar G ogoi , the story of the assamese movie 'Paani ' is all about the socio-poli tical scenario, of w hat the sy stem say s and w hat is actually translated into action.
